Description
An unsigned copy. Ross says that it is not necessary for beds in the malaria wards to be kept empty if there are not the cases to occupy them, provided that a few are kept vacant for incoming cases. He adds that the staff specialising in malaria should not be asked to treat malaria cases as they are also doing research.
