An unsigned copy. Ross asks if J.G Thomson's demobilisation has been indefinitely postponed or if it will take place on A.L Urquhart's taking over in Mid-March as Thomson ''is very anxious to be demobilised''. He also asks if M. Nierenstein is about to be released.
