DescriptionThe printing of the Proceedings of the Royal Society, is at present limited by a minute of the council saying that only urgent printing is to be undertaken. He suggests that, although the original manuscript remains property of the Royal Society, Ross should be able to publish it elsewhere. He is writing about technical education and asks if Ross knows of any references on the subject.
