Description	Encloses a copy of a paper which he sent to A. N. Whitehead and asks Ross to deposit it with the Royal Society. He says that he had sent it to three fellows of the Royal Society and those who replied were evasive. He thinks it an "important discovery of a new method" and that it shows that much of Whitehead and Russell's work is incorrect. He has had no reply from Whitehead to his query about Ross' manuscript although he registered the last letter and has proof that it arrived.
