DescriptionAsks that the paper he wrote for the malaria conference should be published since the conference has been abandoned and for reprints to be sent to the Governors of the Gold Coast (now Ghana) and Lagos. He would apply for the post of sanitary supervisor of the West African Colonies if it were paid well enough and clerical assistance were available but that he feels that if each colony ran its sanitary affairs properly such a post would be unnecessary
