He has seen Sir M Nathan, that sanitation is improving in Cape Coast with his support and that more staff have been provided. Yellow fever is worse than malaria in Cape Coast so he is working on that. He hopes to be back in England by the end of March and he is going to Sierra Leone to wind up affairs there
