Description
He does not know when the Royal Society Malaria Commission is due to report and that CW Daniels is still in British Central Africa, but agrees with Ross that the mosquito business should be cleared up. LW Sambon has told him that Grassi's new book mainly attacks R Koch. There is a note by Ross to say that it attacked himself and that Manson had accepted the dedication
