Title
Copy of a letter from Watson to Andrew Balfour, Director, Wellcome Bureau of Scientific Research
Date
27/3/1923
Description
Disagrees strongly with the recommendation that Health Officers in the Federated Malay States do not need a diploma in Public Health and that in order to ensure that public health work in the Colonies is properly done all the health officers should have the Diploma in Public Health. At present they have no incentive to obtain this.
