Description	Cannot find the article on adding water to blood to encourage ex-flagellation which Manson mentioned but he tried it and found that if only a trace of water was added ex-flagellation took place but did not accelerate it and too much stopped it. He asks Manson to keep back his paper for the British Medical Journal, describes the timing of ex-flagellation and says he is trying to discover the laws controlling it. Describes his recent experiments, he has written to the editor of the British Medical Journal asking him to send his paper to Manson and he will send Manson some addenda to it.
