Title
Copy of a letter from Ross to William Hesketh Lever, Chairman, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine
Date
21/9/1910
Description
OH Williams has told Ross that he approves of Lever's scheme for using the Sir AL Jones bequest but he is doubtful about Lever's belief that the Colonial Office will continue with its £500 grant if it is not used for JWW Stephens and R Newstead and thinks that the Colonial Office might not like the new scheme. He did not mean that the Liverpool School needed extra room at the Royal Southern Hospital but at the university, and he supports OH Williams' idea for buying Streatlam Towers for the School
