Outlines the scheme to provide the Liverpool School with better accommodation and asks for increased grants from the Colonial Office. The fees paid for training Colonial Medical Officers are very small and suggests that the colonies should contribute to the funds of the Schools of Tropical Medicine on a regular basis. The London School of Tropical Medicine is given bigger grants by the Government than the Liverpool School
