Description
Emphasises the lack of space for the Tropical Ward at the Royal Southern Hospital and complains that he is not allowed to treat all the patients in it, some coming under two consultants and their house physicians who have no experience of tropical diseases. If these complaints could be rectified he would reconsider the use of the Royal Southern Hospital although he would still prefer to move the Tropical Ward to the Royal Infirmary
