DescriptionRepetition in writing of Ross' conversation with Milne at an interview. He cannot withdraw a letter about the Advisory Committee of the Tropical Diseases Research Fund, 1906, as the Colonial Office requested, without consulting other members of staff. If he does withdraw it he will inform the Colonial Office. He gives reasons for objecting to the appointment of W T Prout. He wishes the business affairs of the Liverpool School to be conducted in writing
