Description
Asks Ross if he wishes to apply for a civil surgeon's post in the Central Provinces. On reverse Ross writes (possibly for return telegram) that he would apply for the post in the Central Provinces but is awaiting the result of an application to be transferred to the Foreign Department. Then says he has been offered a civil surgeon's post in the Central Provinces and asks after the health of his elder daughter
