Description | The Programme Coordinating Board (PCB) provides guidance to the Executive and hold biannual meetings. The PCB is composed of the ten UN Cosponsors and five nongovernmental bodies and was created in May 1995. The papers contain printed out copies of PCB agendas and reports, draft annotated speeches and manuscript notes from the Executive-Director. These include the Executive Director statement and report for the Eighth meeting, held in Geneva, 28-29 June 1999; draft speeches for the 10th and 11th conference, written in French and English; report of the Executive-Director for the twelfth meeting, Geneva, 29-31 May 2002 and all the addresses for the 13th to 18th meeting of the Board. |
