There are notes of individual cases, some of which are handwritten on small pieces of scrap paper, others are noted onto templated forms. The different methods and formats of record taking serve as a reminder of the difficult and unsuitable conditions endured during the medical practice carried out in the camp.

There are graphs, tables and lists concerning a wide range of nutritional issues and concerns. Also includes stock books from the nutrition clinic for vitamized capsules and bran allocation.
