Letter from George Henry Falkiner Nuttall, Editor, Journal of Hygiene to Ross Regrets that Ross did not raise the matter of his examiner's fee with him privately as he could have probably settled the matter without acrimonious correspondence developing. He has been told that Ross is to edit a new journal and will publish it in a paper which he had originally promised to the Journal of Hygiene 11/12/1906
