<dc:title>Letter from Matthew Logan Taylor to Ross</dc:title>
<dc:description>He has re-addressed the letters to Ross which he found at Freetown and will send Ross a copy of his report to M Nathan on the sanitary condition of Cape Coast. Gives a brief account of the sanitary situation in the Gold Coast (now Ghana) and warns Ross that the Governor of Sierra Leone was offended by the implication in a letter from Ross to Sir AL Jones that all governments in West Africa were un-cooperative in sanitary matters. This is not so in Sierra Leone and he would not object to returning there for a few months after his leave.</dc:description>
