Letter from Alfred Peterkin, Deputy Director, Medical Services, London District to Ross Peterkin says that he thinks that most of Ross's difficulties should be taken up with the Officer Commanding the 4th London General Hospital and that he thinks that instructions referring Ross to him were only "to provide for difficulties arising with C.O.'s of Hospitals". 19/4/1917
