Letter from Ross to Sir Graham John Bower, Colonial Secretary, Mauritius D d'Emmerez de Charmoy has abstracted the spleen rates of children on the estates, that the papers have been approved by J Bolton and copies should be sent to the Medical Officers of the estates. He adds that the originals are of little value except to himself but he will return them. 24/2/1908
