Copy of a letter from Ross to Walter Stott, Honorary Statistician, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine Suggests that a fifth section should be added to his and Stott's paper on tables of statistical error giving a rule by which experimenters can know whether they are dealing with normal frequency.
