13 reply cards providing information on relapses of malaria The card was sent by Robert Dane, Officer i/c, Malaria Section, 3rd S G Hospital, Oxford asking if they had had any return of fever since they had left the hospital and if so, to give the dates, with a paid reply card which was completed and returned.
