Letter from H Hearsey, Principal Medical Officer, Nyasaland (now Malawi) to Ross and circular from Hearsey Hearsey says that the circular on the reverse shows how poor the mosquito-borne disease returns were but he was absent through illness and the medical officers were new. The private practitioners have not yet replied and asks Ross to regard the return as imperfect 22/2/1912
