Copy of a letter from Ross to Sir William Henry Cowan, Member of Parliament, East Aberdeenshire Sir H Craik has suggested that the British Medical Association meets the 'academical and medical members' of the House of Commons to consider his petition to Parliament but that if his claim is accepted by the Royal Commission on Awards for Inventors he will not need to proceed with his petition.
