  <dc:description>Asks for Boyce's assistance with some queries he has on yellow fever and refers to a letter from Boyce (Ross/113/29/09) which alleges that splenomegaly is produced by a vast number of tropical diseases. Asks who told him this. Note attached to this letter stating 'Poor Boyce's yellow fever stunt. His condition was very bad and it was impossible to discuss anything with him. He died a few months later'.</dc:description>
