The National Menu Survey Includes three volumes of the UK National Menu Survey carried out in 1972. Volumes 3, 4a and 4b only. Volumes 1 and 2 are missing. The volumes cover the summer period of the survey and contain data based on interviews conducted between April and June 1972 with 2134 housewives across the UK. Volume 3 concerns at home consumption from morning to midday. Volume 4a concerns at home consumption from midday to evening. Volume 4b concerns packed meals/snacks. 1972
