DescriptionThis series comprises mostly raw data and compiled results taken from a number of research projects in which Erica Wheeler was involved. There are notebooks and food diaries, sample analysis, questionnaires and research data. All the material apart from the Esso survey was taken from a much larger set of papers and data. Only a few examples remain from a number of different surveys - this is why the data seems incomplete. Also, reports and publications can be found in 13/17-19.

AdminHistoryErica Wheeler was appointed Head of the Centre for Human Nutrition at LSHTM 1989-1992, having worked in the department in laboratory based, and metabolic studies. Her policy oriented work as a member of the policy group, was concurrent with her work on food choice, and nutrition education.
